Votre quotidien
Votre rôle est simple : faire avancer les projets et optimiser les opérations.
Concrètement, vous serez amené à :
• Piloter les projets techniques, de l'étude de faisabilité jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre.
• Être le référent technique auprès des équipes de production.
• Optimiser les équipements, les méthodes de travail et les processus industriels.
• Garantir la qualité des réalisations et assurer le suivi des problématiques techniques.
• Coordonner les partenaires et sous-traitants externes.
• Participer à l'élaboration des offres techniques avec les équipes commerciales.
• Gérer les approvisionnements liés aux projets et anticiper les besoins en matières premières et en outillage.
• Accompagner les équipes dans leur montée en compétences et partager votre expertise.
Chaque journée apporte son lot de nouveaux défis. Si vous aimez les environnements où l'on agit plus qu'on ne fait des réunions, vous serez à votre place.
ProfilLe profil que nous recherchons
- Vous avez une formation supérieure à orientation technique (Bachelier ou Master) et vous aimez comprendre, analyser et améliorer.
- Vous appréciez les environnements à taille humaine où la polyvalence est une force et où chacun contribue concrètement aux résultats.
- Vous maîtrisez le français ainsi que l'anglais ou le néerlandais.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec un logiciel de CAO tel que SolidWorks ou AutoCAD.
- Une expérience dans la mécanique de précision, l'usinage, la programmation ISO ou la CFAO constitue un réel atout, sans être indispensable.
