About Us
We are an Australian creative technology enterprise renowned for industry-leading mobile creative software solutions and innovative digital product ecosystems, having developed the world-famous Procreate creative application series and received prestigious international design and tech industry awards. Driven by a commitment to technical precision and creative innovation, our agile and forward-thinking team is expanding global product services and digital infrastructure capabilities, and we are seeking a detail-oriented ICT Business Analyst to deliver end-to-end digital project analysis, optimise business-IT alignment, and support sustainable global business development and product iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview internal teams and artist users to collect requirements for app backend, brush store, licensing settlement, cloud sync and customer systems, then draft standard BRDs.
- Convert creative business needs into user stories, specs and data flow diagrams; collaborate with dev teams to validate feasibility and set Agile sprint requirement baselines.
- Review existing ICT workflows for asset distribution, revenue sharing and finance reconciliation, identify process gaps, and deliver digital optimisation & cost-benefit reports.
- Manage end-to-end requirements for system builds, API integrations and data warehouse upgrades; control scope changes and maintain requirement traceability matrices.
- Create UAT test cases for backend, marketplace and analytics dashboards, coordinate user testing, track defects and sign off acceptance prior to launch.
- Act as key coordinator between business, tech teams and Apple/cloud vendors; align IT deliverables with the company’s global commercial strategy.
- Standardise metrics for downloads, sales and creator transactions, build dashboard data logic, and conduct regular cross-border data security risk assessments.
- Analyse competitors’ digital systems, propose platform iteration and automation solutions, and provide data insights to support senior management decisions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end ICT business analysis projects for software and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in business analysis collaboration and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalents).
- Advanced competency in data metric modelling for business performance tracking and stakeholder reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with developers, business teams and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to requirement risk mitigation and cross-system process alignment.
What We Offer
We provide a creative, collaborative and flexible work environment, competitive compensation and benefits package, and abundant opportunities for professional growth and career development. As a member of our team, you will conduct in-depth business & ICT requirement analysis for a world-class creative tech company, and deliver valuable digital solutions to fuel the growth of a brand that inspires millions of creators worldwide.
