MÉDECIN GÉNÉRALISTE (F/H)

Vous assurerez la prise en charge médicale des patients hospitalisés au sein d'un service polyvalent à orientation gériatrique - Réaliser les admissions, visites quotidiennes et sorties, en garantissant la continuité du parcours de soins - Coordonner les prises en charge avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire et les ressources médico-techniques de l'établissement - Participer à la permanence des soins conformément au tableau des astreintes établi par le chef de service

- Salaire: 58 euros/heure

- Vous maîtrisez la médecine polyvalente, incluant admissions, visites, sorties et prise en charge gériatrique
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec une équipe pluriprofessionnelle et coordonnez les parcours de soins
- Vous participez avec fiabilité à la permanence des soins et aux astreintes médicales
