Ingénieur Production CDI | USA et Belgique
Nous recrutons actuellement deux Ingénieurs de Production pour rejoindre un groupe industriel international, reconnu comme un acteur majeur dans son secteur.
Dès votre arrivée, vous intégrerez le site de production en Belgique et suivrez un programme de formation d'environ 12 mois. Cette immersion complète vous permettra de maîtriser les équipements, les procédés de fabrication ainsi que les méthodes de production afin de devenir une véritable référence technique.
Une fois cette étape terminée, vous participerez à une aventure unique : accompagner le démarrage d'un nouveau site industriel aux États-Unis.
Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené à :
• Former les chefs d'équipe américains aux équipements et aux processus de production.
• Transmettre les bonnes pratiques développées en Belgique.
• Accompagner la montée en compétences des équipes locales.
• Participer activement au succès du lancement du nouveau site.
À votre retour en Belgique, vous poursuivrez votre évolution vers un poste de Responsable d'Équipe, avec de réelles perspectives de développement au sein du groupe.
Profil• Diplôme d'ingénieur (mécanique, électromécanique, industriel, automatisation ou équivalent).
• Intérêt marqué pour l'environnement industriel et les défis techniques.
• Excellentes capacités de communication et envie de transmettre vos connaissances.
• Niveau d'anglais professionnel vous permettant d'évoluer dans un contexte international.
• Disponibilité pour une mission de plusieurs mois aux États-Unis.
