Als Teil unseres Backoffice-Teams unterstützt du unsere Sales Manager und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Aufträge reibungslos abgewickelt werden.
Dabei übernimmst du unter anderem:
- Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Bestellungen
- Koordination zwischen Produktion, Kunden, Versand und Logistik
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Transporten
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams im Tagesgeschäft
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (zB HAK, HLW oder vergleichbar)
- Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen - erste Praxiserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Freude am Organisieren und Arbeiten mit Zahlen
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 2.500 vorgesehen. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
