- Unterstützung der Marktleitung (im operativen Tagesgeschäft: Mitarbeiterführung, Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung, Bestellwesen, Warenpräsentation, Kundenanfragen)
- Vertretung der Marktleitung bei Abwesenheit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und (Führungs-)Erfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
- Freude am Umgang mit Kund*innen, an der Arbeit im Team und in einem dynamischen und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld
- Engagierte, zuverlässige, gewissenhafte und flexible Persönlichkeit
- Leidenschaft für biologische Lebensmittel
