Rollenbeschreibung:
Sie sind als IT-Systemtechniker/-in / IT-Systemadministrator/-in für die Betreuung der technischen Infrastruktur unserer Kunden im KMU-Umfeld verantwortlich. Dabei arbeiten Sie im Bereich IT-Support, Systemadministration und Netzwerkbetreuung und unterstützen Anwender bei technischen Problemen im täglichen Betrieb.
Sie helfen bei der Analyse und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse und verstärken unser Team im Bereich IT-Systembetreuung, Serveradministration und Netzwerkmanagement.
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer KMU-Kunden im Bereich IT-Support, IT-Systemadministration und IT-Infrastruktur
- Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Windows Clients und Windows Servern
- Betreuung von Active Directory, Microsoft 365 und IT-Umgebungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Umsetzung und dem Betrieb von Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen (LAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls)
- Verwaltung von Servern, Backup- und Datensicherungssystemen
- Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten (Systemeinführungen, Migrationen, Modernisierung)
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation – wir freuen uns auch über Quereinsteiger mit IT-Affinität, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an IT-Systemen
- Erste Erfahrung in der Systemadministration von Windows Servern und Windows Arbeitsplätzen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Netzwerkadministration, IT-Infrastruktur oder IT-Security wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Active Directory oder Backup-Lösungen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1 oder C2) in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise im Bereich IT-Support und IT-Administration
- Freude am Kundenkontakt im KMU-Umfeld und IT-Servicebereich
