- A strong eye for fashion, styling, and visual merchandising, with the ability to maintain Seed Heritage's premium brand standards.
- Confidence in all aspects of store operations, including stock management, replenishment, deliveries, and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising.
- A commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales results, while balancing day‑to‑day store operations and maintaining outstanding visual presentation.
- Experience in leading and overseeing a team, with the ability to coach, support, and motivate others to achieve sales and operational goals.
- A team leader who leads by example, takes ownership of the business, and is proactive in driving both sales and operational excellence.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, public holidays, and the ability to step up in taking on additional shifts when required.
