Avec une présence à l’échelle nationale et une équipe d’environ 200 collaborateurs, des solutions sur mesure sont développées pour répondre aux besoins de différents environnements, notamment les entreprises, les établissements scolaires et les institutions de soins.
Votre mission
• Assurer la qualité des préparations culinaires, de la production jusqu’au service final.
• Superviser le bon déroulement des services et garantir une organisation fluide.
• Gérer les commandes, la réception et le stockage des marchandises.
• Veiller au respect strict des normes d’hygiène dans l’ensemble des espaces de travail (cuisine, stockage, zones de service).
• Offrir un accueil convivial et professionnel : vous êtes un véritable point de référence pour les convives.
• Élaborer des plannings équilibrés en tenant compte des contraintes opérationnelles.
• Assurer le suivi rigoureux des procédures HACCP ainsi que la planification des entretiens.
Profil• Formation en horeca et expérience en cuisine de qualité.
• Motivation, dynamisme et sens du service.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome.
• Bonne maîtrise du français.
Offre• CDI sans période d'intérim
• Rémunération conforme à la commission paritaire 302 (catégorie 8).
• Horaire variable entre 07h00 et 19h30, planifié un mois à l’avance (sans service coupé).
• Disponibilité requise pour travailler un week-end sur deux.
• Intégration dans une équipe conviviale d’une dizaine de collaborateurs.
• Formation prévue pour faciliter votre prise de fonction.
