This is not your traditional management job— it is designed for entrepreneurial individuals who want to build, operate, and grow their own local football operation while creating a meaningful impact in their community.

Responsibilities
· Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Ahmedabad
· Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts
· Secure suitable football venues
· Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community
· Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
· Work closely with our Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams
You should have
· A passion for football and involvement in the local football community
· Experience in management, operations, or customer service
· An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business
· The ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally
· Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude
