Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
- Zubereitung und Fertigung von Speisen für unser 5‑Gang-Menü, vegetarische Optionen und À-la-carte-Restaurant „Arvenstube“
- Postenverantwortung inkl. Führung von bis zu 5 Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene (HACCP) und wirtschaftlichem Wareneinsatz
- Fachgerechter Umgang mit Küchengeräten, Maschinen und Lagerung von Lebensmitteln
- Anleitung und Schulung von Commis, Demi-Chef de Partie, Praktikanten und Auszubildenden
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kochberuf und Erfahrung im 5-Sterne-Bereich
- Freude an Verantwortung und Weitergabe von Wissen an das Team
- Begeisterung für einheimische Produkte und handwerkliches Kochen
- Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
- Motivation, Qualität und effiziente Arbeitsabläufe aktiv mitzugestalten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
