Full-Time – Claims Manager (Terri Scheer Insurance)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Claims Manager, you'll:

Manage cases and tasks from initial intake through to resolution.Deliver high-quality customer service while building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.Review information and documentation to assess outcomes in line with policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines.Make informed decisions within delegated authority and communicate outcomes clearly and professionally.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of work.Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.Prioritise and manage workloads to meet service standards, deadlines, and organisational objectives.Identify opportunities to improve processes and achieve positive outcomes.Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
