INFIRMIER DE (F/H)
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. Nous recrutons un infirmier Diplômé d'Etat (H/F) pour travailler en maison de retraite.
Vous travaillerez en alternance sur des semaines à 5 jours et à 2 jours, et un week-end sur deux.
Vos missions principales :
- planifier et assurer l'exécution des soins sur prescriptions médicales.
veiller à la continuité des soins infirmiers courants et techniques.
- Soins de nursing
- Surveiller tous les paramètres cliniques
- Accompagner et aider les personnes à se déplacer à l'extérieur
- Relation d'aide
- Participer à la réfection des pansements
- Dispenser des soins préventifs (escarres)
- Proposer une prescription de médicaments
- Prévention d'escarres Infirmier DE (H/F) ayant le goût du travail auprès des personnes âgées, nous recherchons des candidats rigoureux (ses) et motivé(e)s., aimant le contact humain et le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vous êtes motivé(e) et consciencieux(se).
Vous savez gérer les situations de stress et vous êtes efficace dans l'urgence, vous avez le sens des priorités et l'esprit d'équipe.
Concernant le salaire le taux horaire est fixé selon la convention applicable au sein de la structure et selon votre expérience (reprise d'ancienneté)
