Aufgaben
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Abrechnungs-, Buchhaltungs- und Controllingprozessen
- Durchführung von Abrechnungen sowie Unterstützung bei buchhalterischen Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Reportings, Auswertungen und Kennzahlen
- Analyse gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Umsetzung in effiziente ProzesseMitarbeit bei der Einführung digitaler Softwarelösungen
Qualifikation
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar
- Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Finanzwesen
- Gute Excel- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Buchhaltungssystemen
- Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Digitalisierung, Prozessen und der Energiewirtschaft
