Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Vertretung der Frühstücksdame (2 Tage die Woche) und der Bakery Mitarbeiterin (2 Tage die Woche)
- Verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Frühstücksservice sowie in der Bakery Empfang, Begrüssung und Betreuung der Gäste
- Servieren der Getränke und zuständig für das Buffet (Aufbau, Nachfüllen sowie Abräumen)
- Reinigung der Kaffeeküche
- Mise en Place Arbeiten
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung des Hygienekonzeptes
