Poszukujemy doświadczonego Analityka Systemowego, który dołączy do zespołu realizującego strategiczne projekty dla sektora bankowego. Jeśli posiadasz doświadczenie w analizie systemowej, projektowaniu rozwiązań IT oraz współpracy z zespołami biznesowymi i technologicznymi, zapraszamy do aplikowania. Raz w tygodniu z biura we Wrocławiu (wtorki). Zakres obowiązków Analiza potrzeb biznesowych oraz identyfikacja optymalnych rozwiązań systemowych. Definiowanie i specyfikowanie wymagań funkcjonalnych i niefunkcjonalnych. Modelowanie procesów biznesowych (BPMN 2.0) oraz przepływów systemowych. Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji analitycznej i projektowej. Projektowanie usług, integracji systemowych oraz przepływów danych. Analiza integracji systemów oraz środowisk rozproszonych. Weryfikacja dokumentacji projektowej pod kątem zgodności z wymaganiami. Ścisła współpraca z biznesem, architektami, programistami i testerami. Wsparcie procesów testowych oraz walidacja wdrażanych rozwiązań. Udział w refinementach, planowaniu sprintów oraz prezentacjach efektów prac zgodnie z metodyką Scrum. Wsparcie bieżących działań projektowych. Wymagania Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w analizie systemowej lub biznesowo-systemowej, w tym w sektorze bankowym. Wykształcenie wyższe (techniczne, ekonomiczne lub związane z bankowością). Praktyczna znajomość produktów i procesów bankowych. Doświadczenie w analizie wymagań biznesowo-systemowych. Doświadczenie w analizie integracji systemów oraz środowisk rozproszonych. Umiejętność rozumienia zależności pomiędzy systemami oraz przepływów danych w złożonych architekturach, poparta współpracą z architektami systemowymi. Doświadczenie w projektach wdrożeniowych nowych funkcjonalności w systemach bankowych. Bardzo dobra znajomość BPMN 2.0 oraz UML. Umiejętność tworzenia User Stories, Use Case'ów, diagramów BPMN/UML, specyfikacji API oraz dokumentacji przepływów systemowych. Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence oraz podstaw SQL. Dobra znajomość architektury systemów informatycznych, w szczególności mikroserwisów, integracji systemowych, kolejek komunikatów oraz usług REST i SOAP. Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne, samodzielność i proaktywne podejście. Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku Agile/Scrum. Umiejętność efektywnej organizacji pracy oraz działania pod presją czasu. Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację.
