Senior Shopify Developer
Beyondesign ist eine der führenden CRO- und Shopify-Design-Agenturen im DACH-Raum. Wir bauen datengetriebene Shop-Redesigns für rund 20 E-Commerce-Brands – von Supplements über Möbel bis Skincare – und validieren jede Entscheidung mit A/B-Tests. Design, Daten und Development arbeiten bei uns nicht nebeneinander, sondern in einem Prozess.
Für unser Dev-Team suchen wir einen Senior Shopify Developer, der Designs pixelgenau in performante Themes übersetzt und ab Tag eins volle Verantwortung für seine Projekte übernimmt.
Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst und erweiterst Shopify Themes (Online Store 2.0) für unsere Kundenprojekte – von der Section bis zum kompletten Rebuild
- Du setzt Figma-Designs pixelgenau in sauberen, performanten Code um (Liquid, HTML5, CSS, Vanilla JavaScript)
- Du arbeitest mit Metafields und Metaobjects, um flexible, skalierbare Shop-Strukturen zu bauen
- Du implementierst CRO-Features und A/B-Test-Varianten in enger Abstimmung mit Design und Data
- Du verantwortest deine Projekte end-to-end: Umsetzung, Qualitätssicherung, Go-live
- Du arbeitest mit Git/GitHub in einem strukturierten Entwicklungs-Workflow
Qualifikation
Das brauchst du:
- 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Shopify-Theme-Entwicklung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML5, fortgeschrittenem CSS und Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+)
- Fundierte Liquid- und Theme-Erfahrung, insbesondere mit Online Store 2.0
- Praxiswissen zu Metafields und Metaobjects
- Sicherer Umgang mit Git/GitHub und der Command Line
- Ein scharfes Auge fürs Detail – dein Build entspricht exakt dem Design
Nice to have:
- Shopify Admin GraphQL API und weitere APIs
- Web Performance (Core Web Vitals, Lazy Loading, Bildoptimierung)
- Accessibility (WCAG) und SEO-Grundlagen
- Automated Testing (Playwright) oder AI-gestützte Entwicklungs-Workflows
