ClientNous recherchons pour le compte de notre client un Aide-Opérateur f/h dans le cadre d'une mission de plusieurs mois.
PosteAu sein de l'activité Pigment, vos missions sont les suivantes : - Prendre en charge toutes les étapes de la chaîne de production des pigments dans les conditions d'hygiènes et de sécurité requises : en appliquant les procédures établies pour la bonne conduite de l'unité de production, - Approvisionner les unités en matière premières, - Réaliser les synthèses et les opérations unitaires (distillation, filtration, décantation…), - Effectuer le débatissage de presse, la mise en plateau, le séchage et le broyage, - Conditionner en sac, - Identifier toutes dérives de process et en informer ses supérieurs, - S'impliquer dans la mise en œuvre des systèmes qualité, de la résolution de problème et 5S, - Rédiger les consignes en fin de poste et les communiquer à la relève. Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous conduirez le transpalette électrique. Ce poste est en 5*8 (deux matins, deux après-midis, deux nuits quatre repos).
ProfilVous devez être titulaire d'un Bac Bac chimie / génie des procédés ou titulaire du Brevet d'Opérateurs des industries chimiques et avoir au moins une première expérience de conduite d'installation industrielle informatisée dans le secteur de la chimie fine ou pétrochimie. Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur, et vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
