Ihre Aufgaben :
- Wählen Sie Missionen aus, die zu Ihren Interessen, Vorlieben und Ihrem Profil passen.
- Besuchen Sie den Showroom zum vereinbarten Termin und interagieren Sie mit den Verkaufsberatern.
- Achten Sie während Ihres Besuchs auf wichtige Details sowie auf die Fachkompetenz des Verkaufsberaters.
- Bewerten Sie die Atmosphäre, den Service, die digitalen und persönlichen Interaktionen, die Nachbetreuung sowie das gesamte Kundenerlebnis.
5. Anschließend teilen Sie Ihr ehrliches und professionelles Feedback zu Ihrem Besuch und der Beratung über die strukturierten Fragebögen in Ihrem CXG-Profil.
