We're looking for an experienced enterprise change professional to help take NZQA's enterprise change capability to the next level. As our enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) expands and matures, you'll have the opportunity to shape how organisational readiness, change integration and enterprise-wide change planning are approached across NZQA.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
As the Change Integration Lead, you'll work across programmes, projects, and business initiatives to identify cumulative change impacts, support effective sequencing of change, and provide enterprise-level advice to senior leaders and governance groups. You'll be a trusted advisor and connector, bringing together business, delivery, and corporate teams to ensure change is understood, delivered in a coordinated and sustainable way.
He āhei āu | What you'll bring to the role
You will have: * Experience working within an Enterprise Programme Management Office (ePMO), portfolio office, or similar enterprise-level environment. * Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide change across multiple concurrent initiatives. * Strong understanding of organisational readiness, change impact assessment, and change saturation. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority. * Strong enterprise and systems-thinking capability and the ability to connect strategic decisions with operational impacts.
