LÃder Técnico de Dados I Remoto
Responsabilidades do dia a dia:
- Liderar o design, desenvolvimento e implementação de modelos avançados de Machine Learning, incluindo redes neurais, modelos estatÃsticos e matemáticos para resolver problemas de negócio complexos.
- Explorar e aplicar ativamente as mais recentes inovações em Inteligência Artificial Generativa (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs) e Agentes para criar soluções de ponta.
- Atuar como referência técnica e mentor(a) para a equipe de Cientistas de Dados, promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional e a troca de conhecimento.
- Colaborar de perto com equipes multidisciplinares (Engenharia, Produto, Negócios) para identificar oportunidades, traduzir requisitos em soluções técnicas e garantir a entrega de valor.
- Conduzir análises exploratórias de dados complexas, identificando padrões, tendências e insights acionáveis que guiem a tomada de decisão estratégica.
- Monitorar e otimizar a performance dos modelos implementados em ambiente de produção, garantindo sua robustez e eficiência.
- Pesquisar e propor a adoção de novas tecnologias, ferramentas e metodologias em Ciência de Dados e IA.
- Definir e ter a capacidade de obter datasets necessários para análises e modelagens e ambientes exploratórios e produtivos de alta escala.
O que buscamos:
- Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, FÃsica, Matemática, EstatÃstica ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência comprovada em construção e implementação de modelos de machine learning, incluindo redes neurais, modelos estatÃsticos e matemáticos.
- Conhecimento aprofundado e experiência prática com GenAI, LLMs e Agentes.
- Experiência em Engenharia de Dados, incluindo design de pipelines, ETL/ELT e otimização de bases de dados.
- Experiência na formação, desenvolvimento e liderança técnica de equipes de Ciência de Dados.
- DomÃnio de linguagens de programação como Python (com bibliotecas como Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) e SQL.
- Capacidade de resolver problemas complexos de forma analÃtica e criativa, com uma abordagem orientada a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, liderança e interpessoais, com capacidade de influenciar e colaborar em diferentes nÃveis da organização.
- Proatividade, curiosidade e paixão por aprendizado contÃnuo.
Diferenciais:
- Experiência com ferramentas de Big Data (ex: Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Sólido conhecimento em Engenharia de Dados, incluindo design de pipelines, ETL/ELT e otimização de bases de dados.
- Conhecimento em plataformas de nuvem (AWS, GCP, Azure) para desenvolvimento e deploy de soluções de IA.
- Portfólio de projetos relevantes em Ciência de Dados, especialmente com aplicações de GenAI e LLMs.
- Publicações ou contribuições para a comunidade de Ciência de Dados/IA.
