About the Role
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence, increase customer acquisition and support the company’s long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the company’s foreign exchange and international payment services.
- Conduct market research to analyse customer behaviour, industry trends and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to support marketing initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across the company’s website, search engines, email marketing and social media platforms.
- Prepare marketing materials, promotional content and advertising campaigns that accurately communicate the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate with management to develop branding strategies and promotional activities targeting both individual and corporate clients.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and prepare performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate promotional events, client engagement activities and strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence.
- Liaise with external advertising agencies, media partners and content providers to ensure marketing projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.
Essential Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of relevant marketing experience. Experience within the financial services, fintech, banking or foreign exchange industry will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing and brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational and project coordination abilities.
