Junior IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d)

Dann ist unsere Position als Junior IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d) in Hamburg-Harburg und in Vollzeit genau richtig für dich. In unserem IT-Team übernimmst du Verantwortung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, unterstützt bei Microsoft 365, Windows-Clients, Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung sowie im Anwendersupport und wächst in eine vielseitige Rolle in der internen IT hinein.
Verstärke unser Team zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Junior IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d).
Aufgaben
- Du bearbeitest IT-Tickets und unterstützt Kolleg:innen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support bei Fragen rund um Arbeitsplatz, Hardware, Software und Zugriffe.
- Du richtest Windows-Clients, Notebooks, Drucker und Peripheriegeräte ein und unterstützt beim Onboarding und Offboarding aus IT-Sicht.
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben in der Microsoft-365-Administration, insbesondere bei Benutzerkonten, Gruppen, Lizenzen, Mailboxen und Berechtigungen.
- Du pflegst Inventar, Dokumentationen und Systeminformationen sorgfältig und unterstützt bei Rollouts sowie internen IT-Projekten.
- Du analysierst Störungen strukturiert, priorisierst Anfragen sinnvoll und arbeitest eng mit dem bestehenden IT-Team zusammen.
Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in IT-Support, IT-Administration oder IT-Betrieb
- Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Clients sowie grundlegende Praxis in einer professionellen IT-Umgebung
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Benutzerverwaltung und Berechtigungsthemen
- Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an direkter Unterstützung von Anwender:innen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
