Marketing Specialist
Transmission is a global B2B marketing agency delivering strategic, creative, digital and data-led marketing solutions for ambitious brands. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic B2B marketing plans, campaigns and programs to support client growth, sales objectives and market positioning.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend analysis to identify market opportunities for client products, services and target accounts.
- Advise clients on marketing strategy, product positioning, pricing, advertising, sales promotion and suitable activation channels.
- Plan and coordinate integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, media, content, demand generation and account-based marketing channels.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies by aligning client marketing objectives with broader commercial and sales priorities.
- Lead client briefing sessions, planning workshops and campaign discussions to understand business needs, target audiences and campaign requirements.
- Develop account-based marketing strategies for named accounts, including account selection, prioritisation, audience segmentation and campaign activation planning.
- Analyse intent data, market insights, customer behaviour and campaign performance to support data-led marketing recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal strategy, creative, media, digital and client service teams to ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed objectives, timelines and budgets.
- Manage end-to-end marketing and media campaign activities, including planning, implementation, vendor coordination, reporting and ongoing optimisation.
- Review campaign performance, account engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution and return on investment to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign evaluations and research summaries for clients, senior stakeholders and management to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, management, or a related field
- B2B marketing experience is essential
- Australian experience is essential
- Digital experience
- IT & Martech experience
Skills Required:
- Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation
- Sound understanding of latest B2B marketing trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Great attention to detail with focus on organisation
