Accueillant 34 résidents, la Fondation du Clos du Château (Corcelles-près-Concise) est un lieu de vie, offrant des prestations médico-sociales, hôtelières, de soins et d'animation à des personnes en perte d'autonomie dont le maintien à domicile n'est durablement ou provisoirement plus possible. L’institution comprend également un CAT intra-muros sur site et un CAT extra-muros (CAT Au Fil du Talent) à Chavornay.
Afin de compléter notre équipe de soins, nous recherchons un∙une :
INFIRMIER∙ÈRE à 80 %
Votre mission :
déterminer et répondre aux besoins des résidents sous l’angle physique, psychique, social, spiritueldéterminer et planifier les soins requis élaborer les projets de soins et d'accompagnement individualisés des résidents dispenser, superviser et contrôler les prestations de soins et les actes médicaux délégués assurer la continuité des soins en veillant à la transmission journalière des informations animer les entretiens de famille et les réseaux organiser les tâches journalières de l’équipe des soins assumer les piquets selon la planification établie
Votre profil :
vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme en soins infirmiers (Bachelor of Science HES-SO, diplôme ES ou équivalent reconnu par la Croix Rouge Suisse)vous êtes sensible à tout ce qui a trait à l’accompagnement de la personne âgée vous possédez le sens de la collaboration et de l’aisance dans le travail interdisciplinaire vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels vous résidez dans un rayon de 35 km maximum
