Facility Services Manager / Responsable de secteur

Facility Services Manager / Responsable de secteur (H/F)
En tant que Facility Services Manager / Responsable de secteur, vous êtes le relais entre les clients, les collaborateurs et la direction. Vous veillez à la qualité des prestations, encadrez vos équipes, assurez le suivi opérationnel des sites et contribuez au développement du secteur.
Vos principales responsabilités :
Assurer le suivi opérationnel des sites : planification, organisation et supervision des prestations de nettoyage.
Accompagner les nouveaux clients : démarrage des mandats, mise en place du personnel et suivi de la qualité.
Réaliser des contrôles qualité réguliers et garantir la conformité des prestations.
Encadrer, former et accompagner les collaborateurs sur le terrain : techniques de travail, consignes, changements d’horaires ou modifications contractuelles.
Participer au recrutement du personnel en collaboration avec le service RH et assurer leur intégration.
Vérifier le respect des règles internes : horaires de travail, port de la tenue professionnelle et respect des consignes de l’entreprise.
Superviser la logistique du secteur : plannings, commandes, matériel, produits et conformité des équipements.
Entretenir une relation de confiance avec les clients, recueillir leurs retours et proposer des améliorations ou travaux complémentaires.
Signaler toute anomalie ou incident susceptible d’affecter la qualité du service ou la sécurité.
Votre profil :
Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d’équipes dans le domaine du nettoyage, de la maintenance ou du Facility Management.
Bon sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rigueur dans le suivi des opérations.
Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service client.
Capacité à gérer les priorités et à s’adapter aux imprévus du terrain.
Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable.
Bon niveau de français (oral et écrit), toute autre langue est un atout.
