Aufgaben
- Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im Windows-11- und Ubuntu-Linux-Umfeld im Rahmen des End-to-End Workplace Supports
- Nutzung und Optimierung bestehender Automatisierungs- und Softwareverteilungsprozesse sowie Weiterentwicklung moderner Deployment-Lösungen
- Verantwortung und Steuerung des gesamten Hardware-Lebenszyklus von der Beschaffung über Installation und Konfiguration bis hin zu Wartung, Fehleranalyse und Hardware-Upgrades von Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten
- Administration und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten in Google Workspace und LDAP-Umgebungen sowie Betreuung von Sicherheitstools wie Bitwarden und YubiKeys
- Unterstützung und Durchführung von Onboarding-Prozessen für neue Mitarbeitende sowie technische Betreuung interner Veranstaltungen und All-Hands-Meetings
- Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents und Service Requests im IT-Service-Management sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Support-Prozesse
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Bereich Workplace Management, Client Support oder Systemadministration
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows 11 und Ubuntu Linux Desktop-Umgebungen sowie Erfahrung in Hardware-Fehleranalyse und Patch Management
- Erfahrung und Verständnis für Client Management, Softwareverteilung, Deployment-Prozesse und Automatisierung
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Tools wie ManageEngine, Snipe-IT oder Jira Service Management sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Unterstützung von Anwendern bei technischen Herausforderungen
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei höherem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick zu behalten
