Idyllisch am Ufer des Fuschlsees gelegen, erinnert das anmutige, historische Anwesen an ein Märchenschloss und empfängt seit Jahrhunderten illustre Gäste.
Umgeben von Bergen und Wäldern, liegt Rosewood Schloss Fuschl nur eine kurze Strecke vom malerischen Salzburg entfernt und wird 98 Gästezimmer und Suiten, spannende Restaurantkonzepte, und einen Asaya SPA mit Innen- und Außenpool beherbergen.

Head Sommelier (m/w/d)
Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
- Verantwortlich für Mise en place – Arbeiten.
- Beratung unserer Gäste bei der Weinwahl, abgestimmt auf Menü und Geschmack
- Durchführung von Weinverkostungen und Schulungen für das Serviceteam
- Aufnahme und Ausführung von Bestellungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Serviceteam für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Sicherstellung eines gepflegten Ambientes im Restaurantbereich
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
- Zusätzliche Weiterbildung oder Zertifizierung im Bereich Wein/Sommelier
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über Weine, Rebsorten, Anbaugebiete und Speisenbegleitung
- Leidenschaft für Gastgeberkultur und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Zusammenarbeit mit top-motivierten Fachkräften in dem neuen Luxus Resort Österreichs
