Aufgaben
Miralot baut die Infrastruktur, über die Filme weltweit ihren Weg zu Festivals und Käufern finden. KI-gestützt, europäisch, und in ein paar Jahren Standard. So der Plan.
Bevor ein AI-Agent einen Prozess übernimmt, muss ihn jemand perfekt von Hand beherrschen. Das bist du. Du managst Filmfestival-Einreichungen und verantwortest die größte Festival-Datenbank der Welt, updatest und hältst die Daten sauber. Das ist wichtig, weil alles darauf aufbaut. Was genau du tust, erzählen wir dir im Gespräch.
Miralot wächst schnell, und du merkst das an deinem Job. Du bekommst früh echte Verantwortung für etwas, das im Zentrum des Produkts steht. Du arbeitest direkt mit einem der Gründer zusammen. Kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheidungen, und du siehst aus nächster Nähe, wie ein Startup aufgebaut wird.
Qualifikation
Es gibt Menschen, die einen Tippfehler auf zehn Meter Entfernung sehen. Wenn das deine Superpower ist, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Wir sind ein sehr diszipliniertes, motiviertes Team, das fokussiert arbeitet und auch in stressigen Situationen nicht die Ruhe verliert und positiv gestimmt bleibt. Diese Eigenschaften sollten auch auf dich zutreffen.
Ein Teil der Arbeit ist auf Englisch, du solltest fließend sprechen können und immatrikuliert sein.
