Software Engineer
Your Role:
- Analysis of customer requirements, development and optimisation of large and complex software systems with high personal responsibility
- Writing and maintaining well-structured, efficient program code in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards
- Writing, updating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
- Developing and maintaining software-based automation solutions and cloud-native applications
- Development and conceptual integration of AI components such as ML models or LLMs
- Consulting on and implementation of automated test environments
- Applying agile software development methodologies in the delivery of software solutions
- Conducting code reviews and providing technical mentorship to less experienced developers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Optionally, there are numerous opportunities to get involved within TNG
Essential skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- Excellent higher degree in a technical subject (computer science, physics, mathematics, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++)
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice
- Experience with modern software architecture patterns
- Experience within a consulting role
- Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
