Responsabile Commerciale Clinica Odontoiatrica
La figura sarà **responsabile dei risultati economici e gestionali della clinica**, con l’obiettivo di far crescere il fatturato, garantire la soddisfazione dei pazienti e valorizzare il team di lavoro. Cosa farai: - Gestirai **in prima persona la vendita dei piani di cura**, con attenzione alla chiusura dei preventivi e alla conversione dei pazienti.
- Monitorerai costantemente **KPI commerciali e gestionali**, e metterai in campo azioni per migliorare i risultati.
- Lavorerai quotidianamente con **obiettivi di fatturato ben definiti.**: - Garantirai **un’elevata qualità dell’esperienza del paziente**, gestendo anche eventuali criticità.
- Sarai **il leader del team di clinica** (assistenti, front office), motivandolo e guidandolo verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
- Collaborerai con le funzioni centrali (Marketing, HR, Amministrazione) per lo sviluppo della clinica.
- Contribuirai a rafforzare **la presenza e la reputazione della clinica sul territorio.** Cerchiamo qualcuno che: - Abbia **comprovata esperienza nella vendita consulenziale**, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate.
- Abbia una forte **attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e risultati.**: - Sia abituato a **monitorare costantemente le performance numeriche e ad agire in autonomia per migliorarle.**: - Abbia **capacità di leadership e di gestione di team**, con spirito pratico e proattivo.
