La risorsa sarà responsabile dell’acquisizione e dello sviluppo di nuovi clienti, con l’obiettivo di ampliare il portafoglio aziendale e consolidare relazioni commerciali durature.
- Identificare e qualificare nuove aziende target attraverso attività di scouting, networking e analisi del territorio.
- Partecipare a incontri con clienti per illustrare soluzioni e piani welfare, costruendo una relazione di fiducia.
- Proporre soluzioni ad hoc in base alle esigenze del cliente
- Monitorare l’andamento delle trattative e aggiornare regolarmente i sistemi CRM.
- Garantire che tutte le attività siano conformi alle normative IVASS e ai processi aziendali. **Requisiti**
- Almeno 2-5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo. **Competenze**
- Conoscenza degli aspetti normativi e regolamentari di settore.
- Problem solving e approccio decisionale.
- Attenzione al dettaglio e precisione técnica.
