Chef de Rang
- Curare e gestire tutti i servizi di sala;
- supporto al Maître e affiancamento attivo e coordinamento dei Commis de rang della propria sezione;
- rispondere velocemente a tutte le richieste di servizio, del set up del ristorante prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti, fino all'esperienza durante il servizio. Le persona che stiamo cercando hanno una comprovata esperienza in ruolo analogo in strutture di pari livello, caratterizzate da standard qualitativi elevati, e conoscenza approfondita della normativa HACCP. E' fortemente orientato al cliente con un'ottima predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali. E' capace di lavorare sotto pressione ed è sensibile al rispetto dell'organizzazione e standard aziendali. Ha ottime doti di problem solving. Costituisce titolo necessario la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
