- Du führst Preisverhandlungen aller Art – von Einzelvergaben bis hin zu Jahresvereinbarungen.
- Du holst Angebote ein, vergleichst diese und führst Vergabeverhandlungen mit Lieferanten.
- Du erstellst und verwaltest Bestellungen sowie Rahmenbestellungen im ERP-System.
- Du stellst eine kosten-, termin- und qualitätsgerechte Beschaffung von Rohmaterialien und Halbzeugen sicher.
- Du steuerst die Fremdvergabe von Bearbeitungs- und Fertigungsleistungen unter Berücksichtigung vorgegebener Zielpreise.
- Du baust nachhaltige Lieferantenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du führst Lieferantenbewertungen durch und unterstützt die Lieferantenentwicklung.
- Du identifizierst Einsparungs- und Optimierungspotenziale entlang der Lieferkette.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL-Holztechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) bzw. Meisterausbildung.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf mit, idealerweise im Ladenbau, Möbelbau, Innenausbau oder einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld.
- Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke sowie über ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, um Prioritäten korrekt zu setzen.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift und zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse in Slowenisch, Kroatisch und/oder Ungarisch sind von Vorteil und unterstützen die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten und Partnern.
