IT Business Analyst - Retail Applications (m/w/d)
- Analyse und Spezifikation von Anforderungen im Kassen- und Promotionsumfeld auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene zusammen mit den Fachbereichen
- Konzeption und Optimierung von Omnichannel-Promotionprozessen – von der Planung im ERP-System bis zur Umsetzung an der Kasse und der SPAR-App
- Technische Ausarbeitung und Integration von Systemen und Schnittstellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams
- Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Frameworks gemeinsam mit internationalen Marketing-Teams um allen Kund:innen ein State-of-the-Art Einkaufserlebnis zu ermöglichen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (Lehre, HTL, Studium)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT Business Analyst, idealerweise im Handelsumfeld
- Verständnis für komplexe Systeme
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Tools zur agilen Projektentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
