Junior Property Manager - Perfect for someone with Assistant Property Manager or Leasing experience looking to step into their own portfolio.
- Commence with approximately 100 properties
- Structured mentoring and ongoing support
- Gradually grow your portfolio to approximately 160 properties as your experience develops
- Excellent opportunity to establish yourself as a Property Manager
- Manage approximately 160-180 properties
- Up to 2-3 days work from home each week
- Greater autonomy with strong leadership and team support

- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Build strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Conduct routine inspections, condition reports and lease renewals
- Coordinate maintenance with landlords and contractors
- Manage arrears and tenancy matters
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
- Identify opportunities to grow the rent roll through referrals and relationship building, with full support and training provided
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Residential Property Management, Assistant Property Management or Leasing
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude
- Desire to continue learning, develop your skills and build a long-term career in Property Management
