You will have the opportunity to deliver both New Employer Services and Same Employer Psychological services across a diverse range of schemes, including Workcover QLD, Life Insurance and Comcare.This dynamic role involves conducting Vocational Assessments, providing insightful Vocational and Rehabilitation Counselling, facilitating effective Workplace Discussions and Case Conferencing. Your expertise will also be vital in preparing clients for work readiness and collaborating closely with our Employment Placement Specialists to secure meaningful work trials and successful job placements.What You’ll Need Full or Provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Minimum 2 years experience within occupation rehabilitation Minimum 2 years experience completing vocational assessments Have a current driver’s licence and motor vehicle Why Choose PHSA?
