Shift Supervisor Bergamo Luogo di lavoro: BergamoGi Group, prima agenzia per il lavoro italiana con oltre 200 filiali sul territorio nazionale e più di 1800 professionisti, seleziona per importante realtà multinazionale leader nel settore coffee house e food&beverage retail una figura di SHIFT SUPERVISOR Cosa prevede il ruolo: · Supporto nell'organizzazione del negozio· Gestione dei turni· Analisi KPI’s· Controllo ordini, inventari e food cost· Condivisione di feedback costanti al team per il loro sviluppo Il nostro candidato ideale: Ha maturato pregressa esperienza manageriale e operativa in un ruolo analogo, preferibilmente maturata all’interno di catene food multinazionali strutturateDisponibilità a lavorare 5 su 7 (turni unici)La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituisce un plus Soft skills:Spiccate capacità relazionali comunicative e doti di leadership Cosa offriamo:· Offerta contrattuale: assunzione diretta con contratto a tempo indeterminato (2 mesi iniziali di formazione anche su altro pv con spostamento e pernottamento a carico dell’azienda)· Orario di lavoro: full time 5 gg su 7 (no turni spezzati). E’ richiesta flessibilità oraria in apertura e chiusura e flessibilità in termini di giorni lavorati.
