Als Front Office Agent sind Sie oft der erste und letzte Kontaktpunkt für unsere internationalen Gäste. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie echte Herzlichkeit mit der Präzision der 5-Sterne-Hotellerie und machen den Aufenthalt bei uns zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erster Eindruck: Herzlicher Check-in & Check-out, professionelles Rooming sowie die kompetente Betreuung unserer Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts.
- Service-Exzellenz: Aktive Mitverantwortung für einen reibungslosen Front-Office-Alltag nach den hohen Standards der „Leading Hotels of the World“ (LHW) und Forbes.
- Koordination: Entgegennahme und Verarbeitung von Reservierungen via Opera Cloud sowie zuverlässige Kassenführung.
- Kommunikation: Souveränes Handling von Gästeanfragen und Beschwerdemanagement mit Fingerspitzengefühl.
- Fundament: Abgeschlossene Hotelfachausbildung und (erste) Berufserfahrung am Front Office der gehobenen Hotellerie.
- Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie fliessend. Weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
- IT-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit Opera Cloud und MS Office.
- Persönlichkeit: Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, eine belastbare Natur und echte Freude am Dienstleistungshandwerk zeichnen Sie aus.
