Für das leibliche Wohl sorgt unsere Küche mit raffinierten, aber bodenständigen Kreationen und gute Unterhaltung wird in der Baarstreet mit Livemusik geboten. Als ultimativer Hot Spot sollte im Winter auch die charmante Clavadatsch Hütte unbedingt besucht werden. Das Hotel Schweizerhof St. Moritz bietet 76 Nichtraucher-Zimmer und Juniorsuiten, den Segantini Saal, das à la carte Restaurant Acla mit Sonnenterrasse, unsere Barstreet mit Stübli, Piano Bar und Muli Snack, die Alphütte Clavadatsch sowie Seminar- und Banketträumlichkeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben: Das Gesicht unseres Hotels
- Sie sind der erste und letzte Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste und sorgen für einen herzlichen Empfang sowie eine reibungslose Abreise.
- Sie sind der wichtigste Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen und Wünsche unserer Gäste – von Restaurant-Empfehlungen bis hin zur Organisation von Aktivitäten.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Gästebuchhaltung, Reservationen und die Abrechnung von Kreditkarten.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Housekeeping, Reservation und F&B zusammen, um einen nahtlosen Service zu gewährleisten.
- Sie koordinieren die gesamte Kommunikation – sei es per Telefon oder E-Mail.
Ihr Profil: Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft
- Sie sind kommunikativ, aufgeschlossen und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus aller Welt.
- Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch, Englisch oder Italienisch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch, Spanisch oder Portugiesisch sind ein grosses Plus.
- Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie und erste Erfahrung am Front Office gesammelt.Idealerweise besitzen bereits erste Kenntnisse in PROTEL und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sind belastbar und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und Ihr Lächeln.
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer und tragen aktiv zu unserer positiven Arbeitsatmosphäre bei.
