**Executive Housekeeper (M/F/d) starting May 2026**:
**Your responsibilities**: - Monitoring and maintaining hygiene and quality standards in rooms and public areas
- Employee management, training and motivation
- Coordination with operating departments, especially front office and maintenace
- Stocking, checking, and inventorying the minibar
- Responsibility for efficient stock management and its control (cleaning materials, hotel linen, and guest supplies)
- Conducting regular inspections to identify defects/damage
- Compliance with and review of the current housekeeping budget and personnel costs for the department (schedule and vacation planning)
- Seasonal decoration of public areas
- Responsibility for the order and cleanliness of the “back of the house” areas and ensuring basic cleaning **Your profile**: - At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in leading and motivating employees
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Protel is an advantage
- You impress with your warmth and attention to detail
- Strong inclination towards cleanliness and high quality orientation
- Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and high flexibility
- Team player
