
Client Business Analyst

Your key responsibilities as a Client Business Analyst will include:
- Work on creating and updating websites, implementing changes as required.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with client requirements.
- Configure and maintain templates for feeds, factsheets, and websites.
- Analysing and capturing detailed client requirements through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Documenting client requirements to define functionality, data, and design aspects in an agreed format.
- Translating client needs into services within the Fund Information Hub and providing consultancy for practical solutions.
- Supporting ongoing configuration changes and BAU requests for existing services.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Business Analyst:
- You must have 3-6 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst.
- You should have a good technical background and understanding of system configurations.
- You will have previous experience in requirements capturing, analysis, and documentation.
- You must be confident working with external stakeholders and managing client expectations.
- You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
