Als Werkstudent:in oder Teilzeitkraft in unserem Back Office Team bist du unser Support: Du hilfst dort, wo's gerade brennt, und sorgst mit uns dafür, dass sich unsere Teammitglieder auf ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben konzentrieren können.

Deine Aufgaben - ein paar Beispiele
Im Personalbereich: kleine Aufmerksamkeiten für Teammitglieder organisieren, Benefits verwalten, kleinere administrative Aufgaben übernehmen
Im Office: für Ordnung und Nachschub sorgen (Post, Getränke, Pflanzenpflege und Küche – z. B. Spülmaschine aus- und einräumen, Flaschen einsammeln, mal beim Kochen mit anpacken), Verwaltungsaufgaben wie Schlüssel oder Parktickets
Bei Events: bei der Organisation mitdenken, Anmeldungen tracken, beim Auf- und Abbau anpacken, Firmenwagen für Events beladen
Im Finance: Belege und Rechnungen sortieren, kleine Recherchen zu Anbietern
In der IT-Ausstattung: Equipment aufsetzen, versenden und zurücknehmen
Kurz gesagt: Bei uns ist kein Tag wie der andere und du packst mit an, egal ob am Schreibtisch oder mal mit vollen Armen.

Was bieten wir nicht?
Homeoffice als Regelfall – wir brauchen dich vor Ort in Karlsruhe (in Ausnahmefällen und in Prüfungsphasen ist Flexibilität möglich)

Laufendes Studium (Immatrikulation erforderlich), Studiengang egal
Verfügbarkeit: mindestens 12 Monate
Führerschein Klasse B
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung (Nebenjob, Praktikum, Ausbildung, es muss nicht fachlich passen)
Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationstalent, Hilfsbereitschaft
Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1
Bereitschaft auch für körperlichen Einsatz (Pakete schleppen, Getränkekisten, Firmenwagen beladen etc.)
Verlässlichkeit und feste Präsenz vor Ort in Karlsruhe
Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten – du bekommst bei uns Einblick in vertrauliche Informationen und gehst verantwortungsvoll damit um
