Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Hösbach suchen wir Dich als
Projektleiter Service (m/w/d)
In unserer Service-Abteilung bist Du für die Kundenbetreuung und das Auftragsmanagement zuständig und übernimmst unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:
- Betreuung und technische Beratung unserer Kunden
- Kalkulation und Erstellung von Serviceangeboten und Wartungsverträgen
- Verhandlung und Abstimmung von Angeboten bis hin zur Auftragsvergabe
- Bedarfsorientierte Materialbeschaffung
- Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, Disposition und internen Fachbereichen
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Service- und Projektdokumentationen
- Auftragscontrolling, wirtschaftliche Auftragsabwicklung und deren Abrechnung
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Großkundenbeziehungen
Stellenanforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit anschließender Weiterbildung zum/r Techniker/in im Bereich Heizungsbau oder Anlagen-/Verfahrenstechnik
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich hydraulische Systeme und Anlagenbau wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Eigenständige, besonnene und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Führerschein Klasse B
