Operative Leitung Lagerlogistik Österreich (m/w/d)
Die KSW Elektro- und Industrieanlagenbau GmbH zählt mit über 430 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern zu den führenden Spezialisten im Elektro-, Industrie- und Tankanlagenbau in Österreich.
Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer österreichweiten Lagerorganisation suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Operative Leitung Lagerlogistik (m/w/d).
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Lagerteams
- Verantwortung für den operativen Lagerbetrieb an unseren österreichweiten Standorten
- Führung von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Personal- und Ressourcenplanung
- Sicherstellung einheitlicher Lagerstandards und effizienter Arbeitsabläufe
- Regelmäßige Betreuung unserer sieben Standorte sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Niederlassungsleitern
- Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sicherheit und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebslogistik, Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikbereich
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft
- Gute Kenntnisse im Lagerwesen und in der Materialwirtschaft
- Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Führerschein B sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs
- Staplerschein

Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für das Metallgewerbe. Das monatliche Bruttogehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Eine deutliche Überzahlung des kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalts ist bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation selbstverständlich.
