Customer Success Manager
ARC Intelligence is building the AI-native Finance OS for modern mid-market corporations.
We help finance teams manage planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and performance management across complex corporate structures through a single intelligent platform. By combining financial data, operational workflows, and AI, we enable organizations to automate processes, increase transparency, and make faster, better decisions.

Aufgaben
What You'll Do

Lead technical onboarding and implementation for customers.

Become a trusted advisor for finance leaders and operational teams.

Configure customer environments and support ERP, accounting, and financial system integrations.

Work closely with Engineering to troubleshoot technical issues and prioritize product improvements.

Build implementation playbooks, onboarding guides, and technical documentation.
-
Analyze customer usage and proactively drive adoption.
-
Translate customer requirements into product feedback for Product and Engineering.

Conduct customer training sessions and executive business reviews.
-
Support proof-of-concepts and technical product demonstrations alongside the GTM team.

Build scalable customer success processes as the company grows.
Qualifikation
Experience
-
German native is a must
-
2–6 years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Solution Architecture.
-
Experience with B2B SaaS products.
-
Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers.
-
Background in fintech, ERP, finance software, AI, or data platforms is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
-
Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and JSON.
-
Experience troubleshooting technical implementations.
-
Understanding of ERP or accounting systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, DATEV, etc.).

Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Familiarity with AI-powered software and modern SaaS architectures.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Comfortable working in ambiguity within an early-stage startup.

Excellent communication skills in English (German is a strong plus).
