Manager/Senior Manager (Digital Product Insights) [DX1]
Support data‑informed product development and enhancement plans within the Careers Connect Group's digital ecosystem through analytics, data management, and insights generation. The role involves learning about and applying analytical methodologies to develop insights that inform product decisions. You will handle data requests and processing while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise product performance across the digital Career and Employment Services (CES) platform. This position offers significant learning opportunities for candidates eager to develop expertise in product‑related analytics whilst handling essential data operations that support organisational decision‑making.
Data Analysis and Interpretation- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns in customer digital behaviour
- Apply basic statistical analysis skills to understand product performance and usage
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights, such as user needs for product improvements
- Create clear dashboards and visualisations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Develop regular reports and presentations for different stakeholders
- Disseminate findings clearly to management and cross‑functional teams
- Manage and process data requests from internal and external stakeholders efficiently and accurately
- Liaise with the organisation’s data governance team on compliance requirements, operational procedures, and data management standards
- Upload data accurately to platforms following established protocols and quality standards
- Understand product development processes and align insights with business goals
- Support product strategy through comprehensive data analysis
- Contribute to product enhancement initiatives with evidence‑based recommendations
- Communicate effectively with diverse teams and tailor findings to different audiences
- Provide contextualised insights and actionable recommendations
- Manage multiple stakeholders, projects and data requests simultaneously and independently
- Work collaboratively in fast‑paced yet sometimes ambiguous environments while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to use data analysis tools and programming languages like Python, SQL, and/or R is a bonus
- Work with platforms and frameworks such as Google Analytics 4, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, when needed
- Learn new technologies including advanced analytics platforms such as new AI/GenAI tools, where required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Quick learner and thinker who is comfortable with both analytical challenges and routine tasks
- Effective communication skills with growth and collaborative mindset
- Confidence in presenting to different stakeholders, including Senior Management and POHs
- Proactive and self‑motivated with willingness to learn new skills independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity whilst navigating dynamic environments and steep learning curves
- Open to candidates from diverse or fresh backgrounds with interest in data and product analysis – training and upskilling opportunities in technical tools and programming languages will be provided
