PLC-Programmierer / Commissioning Engineer (m/w/d)
Als PLC-Programmierer / Commissioning Engineer (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung hochautomatisierter Produktionsanlagen im Automotive-Umfeld verantwortlich. Sie begleiten den gesamten Inbetriebnahmeprozess, analysieren und beheben Störungen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf. Je nach Erfahrungsstufe übernehmen Sie Aufgaben von der Anlageninbetriebnahme bis hin zur eigenständigen Entwicklung komplexer SPS-Softwarelösungen.
Aufgaben
- Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von SPS-Steuerungen mit Siemens TIA
- PortalInbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Produktionsanlagen und Maschinen
- Durchführung von Funktions-, Sicherheits- und Abnahmetests
- Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern an SPS-Steuerungen, Antrieben und Automatisierungssystemen
- Produktionsunterstützung und Optimierung bestehender Anlagen
- Konfiguration und Parametrierung von Servo-Antrieben und Frequenzumrichtern (z. B. SINAMICS S120/G120)
- Integration und Anbindung von Leitrechner-, MES- und Fremdsystemen
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams, Kunden und weiteren Fachbereichen während der Inbetriebnahme
Qualifikation
Must-have:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung oder Inbetriebnahme
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Siemens TIA Portal
- Erfahrung mit PLC Programming oder PLC Commissioning
- Kenntnisse in der Fehlersuche und Störungsanalyse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Projekteinsätzen
Wünschenswert:
- Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld, insbesondere Batterie- oder E-Mobility-Produktionsanlagen
- Kenntnisse in WinCC
- Erfahrung mit SINAMICS S120 und G120
- Kenntnisse in Profinet, EtherCAT und Safety-Programmierung
- Erfahrung mit hochautomatisierten Fertigungslinien
- Kenntnisse in MES-/Leitrechner-Anbindungen
- Erfahrung mit Vision-, Laser- oder Schraubsystemen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
