Influencer Marketing Manager - Paid & Affiliate (Werkstudent)
Aufgaben
Du baust unser Influencer Marketing mit auf — von der ersten Ansprache bis zur messbaren Performance. Konkret heißt das:
- Du identifizierst passende Creator und Influencer:innen für unsere Zielgruppe und baust langfristige Kooperationen auf.
- Du steuerst sowohl bezahlte Kooperationen (Paid) als auch Affiliate-Partnerschaften — von Briefing über Vertragskonditionen bis zur Abrechnung.
- Du entwickelst und pflegst unser Affiliate-Programm: Tracking, Provisionsmodelle, Partner-Onboarding und Auszahlung.
- Du behältst die Kennzahlen im Blick — CPM, ROAS, Conversion, Affiliate-Umsatz — und optimierst laufend auf Basis der Daten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Content- und Performance-Team zusammen, damit Kampagnen zur Marke und zu unseren Kanälen passen.
Qualifikation
Du verstehst beide Welten: Influencer/Creator-Kooperationen auf Paid-Basis und Affiliate-Marketing mit Provisionslogik.Du kennst die gängigen Tools und Plattformen (z. B. Affiliate-Netzwerke, Tracking, gängige Creator-Plattformen) — oder lernst dich schnell ein.Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst in Zahlen und triffst Entscheidungen datenbasiert.Du kommunizierst sicher und verbindlich mit Creatorn und Partner:innen — auf Augenhöhe, professionell, verlässlich.Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gutes Englisch.Du hast Lust auf eine Marke mit echter Substanz statt Hype — Premium, ehrlich, mit eigener Manufaktur.
