Sous-Chef

Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
- Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der operativen Leitung der Küche
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Zubereitung unserer modernen italienischen Gerichte
- Mitentwicklung neuer saisonaler Menüs und kreativer Tagesempfehlungen
- Führung, Motivation und Förderung des Küchenteams
- Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Präsentationsstandards
- Warenbestellung, Lagerbewirtschaftung und Kostenkontrolle
- Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Küchenablauf sowie Vertretung des Küchenchefs in dessen Abwesenheit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Sous-Chef oder ambitionierter Chef de Partie
- Leidenschaft für die moderne italienische Küche
- Freude an frischen Produkten, hausgemachter Pasta und kreativem Kochen
- Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
